      Good old boys club

      Pros

      The company was very understanding of flexible time as long as the time was spent in the office. I was also able to make a steady progression of compensation with performance for a great many years until I reached a cap. The company does do a good job at trying to balance the rising cost of health care with the benefits.

      Cons

      It is a good old boys club. This translates into some people being in upper positions that do not have strong leadership skills. Very slow to adapt to changing technologies and employment landscape.

      Pros

      The full time employees that I interacted with were both courteous and professional. The work environment was laid back and professional.

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about. The only small drawback was that there wasn't a break area where you could sit and eat. I always ate at my desk or out of the office.
