Pros

GSC is a great company to work for. They people are everything. There's a sense of family/togetherness here. I also think there are a lot of learning opportunities. The company is very customer-focus. Everything is about the customers' success. Great values and beliefs too. GSC also give back to the communities and support causes.

Cons

It's a small to midsize company and family owned : limited opportunities for going up. 8-5pm work hours

I would encourage you to talk with your manager regarding a development plan that could include growth and learning within your current role while discussing your goals and aspirations.
