-Lots of Oportinity for growth -family owned, and they take time to hear your concerns -they will work with you if you run into hard times -they were so helpful through a few difficult situations with my family and cared deepely about myself and fellow coworkers.

Cons

Some of the only cons I can think of come with the job industry-wide. Lots of traveling depending on what position and which office you are in. Lots of the cons that I was aware of have been remedied or are in the process of being fixed, because the management really does care about the employees and morale. There have been many people who have taken advantage of the management’s kindness and generosity and several people who have left on bad terms, but from knowing many of them and their situations closely, it really came down to character issues that those individuals need to work through.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I have been employed here for almost 4 years and agree that the owners really do care about their GSC family members. I have over 30 years experience working in different companies and have to say the team here is the most caring that I have ever worked with.
