      GSK is a respectable, fair employer.

      Cons

      Company is always trying to save money which means taking it away from the people who make the sales. Sales incentives are virtually none. If you're a high performer and you want uncapped potential, do not work here.

      Bureaucratic; continuous reorganizations what result in unexpected downsizing and ending of projects without much notice; change to processes and team structure at a rapid pace; employees are often overworked or not secure in future; many employees are contract workers or ex employees who were laid off and have been hired back without benefits
