Not good in performance differentiation, weak HR support.

Pay is below market and they won't admit it. There is a culture of looking down on people who want to advance as being only "in it for the money." Biostats department is suffering losing employees like many companies except they are only bringing in new graduates who need training so adequate employees can be stretched thin. Very little organization across the department with multiple improvement initiatives that never pan out. CEO is terrible and the US sites played into Covid fears too much with a vaccine mandate that "followed the science."
