Pros
Exciting business. Lots of ambition to deliver. Lots of exciting opportunities. Great (existing) products and very professional place to work with systems and decision making tools
Cons
Senior Management is very personality based. The decision making tools that work well at lower levels break down at high levels. Expectations such as costs and schedules are unrealistic and if/when they don't like the message the messenger is the first to get it. Bad news is often buried as a result. Poor corporate memory and mistakes repeated all the time.
