Great work ethic, clear processes and deliverable, fantastic management style, fantastic work-life balance, leadership, communication, All round brilliant.

Cons

A lot to take in, have their own language and sometimes hard for non-GSK person to take it in.

Pros

Great benefits, company has good products. The people I worked with were fun to be with, and my managers, by and large have been colleagues instead o micro managers

Cons

Patient first has caused so much drama. When sales people not paid on sales, but instead test taking it becomes demotivativating. There was a lack of transparency that ran counter to managements verbal comments. New launches have been terrible a we were trying to fit round pegs into a square hold

Cons

Managers do not go through any kind of training, performance reviews are unfair due to GSK requiring managers to pick a certain number of employees to fill the required "fail" slots.
