Pros

Great benefits and salary. Great science and good working atmosphere. Lots of opportunities for growth and development within project teams.

Cons

Downsizing is prevalent with no end in sight. Management claims transparency but so many decisions are secret and then dropped on the rest of the company without discussion or considering all the options.

Nice working place, in a very good central location, secure and perfectly equipped office. Good working conditions regarding the organisation and the utilities.

Cons

Overwhelming interviews and tests without any kind of feedback, for infinite working hours in a "not people oriented" industry, totally corporative structure, focusing on nothing more than business and productivity. Not caring so much about you or your studies, passion for the pharma/medical field or knowledge, as long as you have any relevant work experience they prefer to teach you the rest while you don't question their non-existent ethic and you don't expect to be paid much. Don't get the chance to be creative or develop your personal skills while being kept always busy doing basic tasks they assign you to. The promoted values of the company are non existent actually. Not happy people working there.
