Management is not in tune with employees. It is sometimes difficult to accomplish tasks with the information and tools provided. They are only concerned with trying to accomplish quite unreasonable corporate goals. The move to the open work environment is counterproductive for some. Not everyone excels in that environment. Too much outsourcing! It makes the job of most employees more difficult because they have to deal with a language barrier and lack of corporate understanding when dealing with the outsourcing company.

There is plenty of double standard treatment from management to staffs and they are often not sincere and upfront in their communication. They also tolerated many incompetent and overbearing managers for incomprehensible reasons. Pay is not able to meet the yearly high inflation rate.
