Pros

Clinic is in the facilities so it is good as we are easy to catch the doctor.

Cons

Staff should have been given Employee Handbook in advance. Had been sent for training oversea but I didn't know that I could get the corporate credit card. So need to use own expenses and claim later.

Great Environment but Hard Work

Pros

Great Environment Great Colleagues Good Benefits Reasonable work life balance

Cons

Confused Organisational structure - ways of working, roles and responsibilities and actually getting things done requires extensive stakeholder management and lining up of vested interests Inability to commit to embedding strategic change - strategies are written and signed off, work begins but it's never really committed to and embedded in what is really a very risk averse organisation. This results in improvements being slow and incremental and hard to implement.
