      Pros

      - Great working environment - Very flexible working hours - Great knowledge sharing culture (not on all levels, it is people dependent) - Medical package - Possibility to take part in various out of scope of work events - organizing

      Cons

      - Development opportunities are very limited (not everywhere, but in some parts of the organisation - again people dependencies) - Poor planning of global changes - Organisation seems not to see people working in it but numbers that can be moved around - Inadequate compensation to job responsibilities and work done - Cheap on IT, demanding a lot not giving much back

      Pros

      It was a great Opportunity to work with GSK mainly because of its good atmosphere.As it was the head office for Middle East and GNE,there was continous meeting and trainings everyweek which the IT should be involved completely by setting up the required Technologies like Wifi,Projectors,Video Conferencing AV setup etc..

      Cons

      I didn't find any Downside during my 3 years of work in Glaxo SmithKline
