Opportunity to travel globally , work across teams , training and conferences. Work life balance.

Cons

Teams do not work towards a same goal , lack of career progression and diversity , continuous organisations , had 5 managers in 4 years. Lot of focus on offshoring and BSC. Older employees are let go regularly and are seen as blockers.
