Flexible work timings, absence of culture- employees have freedom to do what they want including sleeping
Cons
1. Company has no base or business model on which its built 2. Started as a body shopper- in US- Still does the same 3. Adopts the same transaction approach for everything 4. No leadership left except for promoter and one another body shopping head 5. Security practice was good- couldnt grow it any more 6. HR and admin is a joke. Its top heavy in support roles, redundant roles in finance- high paying staff with very less output 7. Support functions decide what business functions should do
