Pros

If you want to spare your time in other stuffs and just by sitting idle with less work and just for salary , then join GSS.

Cons

Environment is not work friendly..senior management doesn't help much and there are lot of areas which is to be changed. Employee are sitting idle, opening FB , chating with their friends .. No proper training to freshers. Learning new technologies/concepts is not there.
