      Pros

      1.Support Department and Mid level management. 2.opportunity to explore lot of new things 3.Visibility of performance up to senior most level.Other side of the coin, being a small organization performance of the senior management is quiet visible to the lowest level :). 4.Good number of clients and accounts.

      Cons

      1. Pay Scales, its really a very very pathetic. 2. Nepotism 3. Frequent changes in the senior management and every new addition will always be followed by band of chamchas. 4. Week in employee relations.
