I was worked with this company around one year. In span one year i felt though out that year, i was made big mistake to join GSS Infotech company. No such great work environment, no employee benefits, no appraisal's, no satisfaction with work, not work recognitions I worked in US IT Recruitment dept which was really with un professional stupids. I want to give best output at work but company bad reputation in market and not recognition with TL's all these make out of that company in one year. And unstable top management frivolous decisions make that company foolish in market. Come's to US IT Recruitment, a top level and couple of other guys who really taking for those personal benefits with unprofessionalism and stupid things. Please nobody want to join in US IT Recruitment dept.
