Place to enjoy not with work with the liberty of the management.

Cons

I have seen only 3 new projects in the last 3.6 years. Ingenuity in the words of management.They don't have minimum level of employee level management.I have seen 5 managers change in the tenure of 2.8 years. No proper higher level management hierarchy. This company lost 376% of it's stocks in the last 4.6 years
