Pros

- During busy season, the entire company puts in extra work to meet client expectations and deadlines - Very flexible when family matters and/or personal matters arise - CEO is very transparent about the company's current financial status and upcoming goals - Company will invest in your professional development - Fun perks of working there such as family events, happy hours, games during break times and many more! - Company Prioritizes the advancement of Diversity and Inclusion so that all employees feel respected and safe - You will never have a stagnant day on the job and will always learn new things - Immediate access to TONS of resources to help you thrive in your role

Cons

- Work life balance can be challenging to navigate through at times when you need to step away, or take a vacation without fear of coming back and finding out that all of your work was not handled entirely when you were out of the office - Health insurance costs are high if you want decent coverage with minimal out of pocket expenses - Clients have unrealistic expectations and treat you as their personal employee - Base pay is very low for the amount of work required in the position and not competitive for employees with higher education and experience - Annual performance reviews were biased - You are mostly evaluated for your performance around the time of your work anniversary versus the scope of my performance for the entire year. Expectations on desired work/team performance are not discussed with the employee prior to being documented on the annual review.
