- Work life balance can be challenging to navigate through at times when you need to step away, or take a vacation without fear of coming back and finding out that all of your work was not handled entirely when you were out of the office
- Health insurance costs are high if you want decent coverage with minimal out of pocket expenses
- Clients have unrealistic expectations and treat you as their personal employee
- Base pay is very low for the amount of work required in the position and not competitive for employees with higher education and experience
- Annual performance reviews were biased - You are mostly evaluated for your performance around the time of your work anniversary versus the scope of my performance for the entire year. Expectations on desired work/team performance are not discussed with the employee prior to being documented on the annual review.
