Pros

With the right department, manager, and rotation it provides good experience with warehousing.

Cons

They did not disclose that you have to interview (just like a job) for a rotation. Associates do not have equal opportunities for networking. It really depends on your assignment, department, and manager. It allows managers to cherry pick and can cause grads to fall behind on needed rotations.

With GXO spinning off from XPO in 2021 to separate the supply chain and transportation business units, we're excited to carry on the graduate program to help students gain exposure to the supply chain industry! We're glad to hear you are enjoying the opportunity to explore different areas of the business and connect with our talented team members.
