Lunch is too short Holidays get rejected Headset tech is outdated Efficiency targets are flawed and unrealistic, you are set up to fail Officially you are not allowed to talk to colleagues while working

GXO does an excellent job of creating a culture of belonging where employees feel part of the GXO family from day 1. Managers listen to feedback provided by employees to make improvements for a positive work environment.

Cons

Get excited to work hard especially during Peak seasons!

Dangerous Work Environment

Pros

Can work 30 hours a week and get paid for 40. Barely any work and a lot of down time

Cons

Site manager known to retaliate and not be held accountable to his actions. Operations Manager is a giant yes man who will say anything to make the person they are talking to happy. No one knows what their job duties or responsibilities are. The company is more concerned with justifying why something isn't a safety concern than just addressing the actual concern. Bad work and safety culture. Upper management starts rumores and drama among the employees. Major conflict of interest when investigations happen and they allow individuals to investigate themselves.
