Good corporate environment. Higher pay level than surrounding warehouses where I am. Proactive with safety and encourages employee feedback.

Cons

Pay does not increase that much over the years. You max out pay quickly.

- Great collaboration opportunities amongst different corporate verticles

Cons

- Poor onboarding and miss-aligned benchmark processes across different workstreams makes holding project members accountable and staying on track difficult. - Monthly team engagement meeting that provides great information and helpful tips for how to be an effective project manager - this also takes away time from project managers to effectively balance their workload between projects and project related meetings/task.
