Pros

Exciting time to join with loads of innovation and new initiatives. Culture is great with the ability to be open and honest plus bring new ideas to the table. The career paths and courses available are getting more traction and this needs to continue. Salary is competitive yet the support from others is second to none. This certainly is a company on the rise and has shown this with recent newspapers articles

Cons

Can be long hours. Sometime the systems are a little antiquated.
