      Pros

      Solid hiring process. Done in two week intervals. Easy grasp of position. Great Work/ Life Balance and Benefits.

      Cons

      Warehouse atmosphere. So a lot of dirt, dust, and harmonics for sensitive ears. Lazy employees who would rather sneak away to be on phones then work forcing operations to be hall monitors to reach deadlines.

      Great leadership, great site manager, A+safety, workload is easy, company works with you when emergencies arise, pay is good

      Cons

      I have no cons about the job or company. I am happy in my position, my leadership is great and the work is fulfilling.
