Good pay some good people

Cons

Managers take sides, managers also have their favourite people. Was kicked out with no evidence relating the allegations made against me. No matter how much I tried to defend myself I was never believed. I'm not racist nor homophobic. This review is not a get back at GXO but try and make the place a better work placement

Former XPO was there for GXO off shoot and entirety of COVID. Leadership above VP was so far removed from reality was unbelievable. Rude, demeaning, highly unprofessional, Spent 10 years in the United States Army int the combat arms and was never spoken too or yelled at by a "leader" the way I was by multiple differant GXO Leades. looked for every reason to take away bonus, ie. phantom write ups, memos for files, to make sure not in good standing.
