I think this company may have grown too big too fast. Lots of basic oversights that should never happen. They also take advantage of the fact that they are the best place to work for in a very small town. They speak a lot about safety and culture but aren't too tough when it comes to enforcing the important stuff.

- Parking situation onsite is terrible. There's never enough parking to go around nearby the buildings, so you may end up taking a long walk in between buildings. As they increase the staff, parking becomes even more competitive. Management hasn't considered accommodation for current and new employees - Incredibly strict time-policy where points/half points are added to your attendance record, even if you're a minute late past your expected clock in time. Recently, this policy changed the accumulated points needed before there was disciplinary action taken from 8 to 5 - Lunch is only 30 minutes. Some sites lack access to fast and convenient food, either onsite or off campus, and there's only a small mini-fridge available to fit over 200 people's packed lunches No yearly raises - your pay is determined by your role in the company - Bonuses haven't been given out in the past two years - We aren't compensated for gas and milage used to travel between sites - At high work volumes, longer hours and mandatory overtime is expected
