Nitpicking culture: The company finds fault in every small mistake, no matter how insignificant. Favoritism: Employees from certain ethnicities are given special treatment, while others are scrutinized unfairly. Lack of fairness: Dismissals are harsh and disproportionate, with no consideration for loyalty or work history. No job security: Your position feels unstable, no matter how hard you work or how clean your record is. Toxic management: Management doesn’t value employees and seems more focused on finding reasons to punish rather than support. Unequal treatment: Mistakes are forgiven for some but used as grounds for dismissal for others. Low morale: The workplace feels divided, and favoritism creates resentment among staff.
