Good pay, great benefits starting on day 1 of employment, remote/hybrid work schedule

Cons

I know all corporations could say the same- but felt a little cold and disconnected. The upper level executives making all the changes/decisions were rarely in contact with the people carrying them out, nor did they take into consideration the opinions of the people effected. Not a bad company if all you care about are salary and benefits, and they don't treat employees badly, they just don't really seem to value them one way or another.
