We are a client focused organisation and as such our operations need to meet the needs of their business and products so, we do have a variety of shift patterns to accomodate. rainwater is leaking in the warehouse, the lights don't work, rats are running around, the heating is not working moldy goods - clothes, t-shirts, jackets broken machines - LLOP, V10, FLT - you are lucky if you find a working one Many managers manage few workers. They have a lot of time playing on phones and searching the internet. no career progression -you must be good friends with management poor management team - god syndrome drunk shift manager - weekend shift
