You mist enter at least 5 words for pros ???

Cons

They force you to come overtime regardless of your family conditions.My wafe was pegrenent and even I told management about it .Thay said it's a mandatory overtime or else give me points .Certain number of points and you're out.

Pros

Learned a lot in 2.5 years of employment. Developed skills, moved up the ladder, met a variety of people and good work colleagues and great connections along the way.

Cons

Only downside was pay wasn’t as high as other companies at the time, but at the same time - you got free training for management in a large hectic start up, gave you the skills to manage and earn more outside of the companu.
