      Pros

      I’ve been working here for nearly a year now, and it’s been a pretty good experience so far. The recruitment process was really easy, and Magda has been amazing—super helpful and always on hand if you need anything. The team onsite is brilliant. Everyone’s friendly, and the atmosphere is great. It’s nice to work with a good group of people who make the job enjoyable.

      Cons

      The only downside is the fleet—it’s a bit old, and sometimes you get delays because of vehicles being off the road. Would be nice if they upgraded it!

There are activities from a central perspective and at a local level.       Pros

      Supportive team, helping each other. Bouncing back Ideas and always have support. Building positive relationships with stakeholders in my line of work and happy to learn new tings.

      Cons

      Audits can be demanding in time and can put strain when there are other deadlines to complete. Team is small and you can feel it at busy periods. Could use 1 /2 people extra i my opinion. Do not understand how company have money for Team leaders and Managers, but not for Payroll admin and HR support when contracts grow? Support staff can be really under a lot of stress.
