Close to home which is good.

Cons

They make you take an on call phone home for no compensation which is illegal. If you speak up there are infrences of retaliation. An employment lawyer needs to see this.

The opportunity to truly have an impact on the safety, performance and results of our business has never been greater than working on the unique Store to home (STH) operation. The drive to involve all team members in the development of new ideas, the delivery of existing processes and the focus on working in ever safer ways is exciting, challenging and very interesting. In addition, working on such a special contract has allowed many colleagues to excel and develop their careers from driving roles, to supervisory and management ones in relatively short timeframes. GXO is a high energy, high focus and high innovation kind of environment and that is what gets me out of bed every day.

Cons

The need to self manage your workload and time as with so many activities going on it is easy to over commit your time.

Not many companies live their values but GXO do. Having been acquired through acquisition I have felt nothing but supported, part of a bigger team and fully integrated into GXO. Head Office functions are here to help and support, which they do and are very supportive, benefits include something for everyone and regional supports are always there to listen and advice.

Cons

Sometimes we move to quickly.
