Pros

They offer amazing benefits through their MyGXO portal which is accessible to all employees including Warehouse Operatives. This could include Holiday Purchase, you can change your pension contribution, dental care, private health care, 24/7 online GP, Employee Assistance Program, support through Wisdom App, Brand discounts, site staff shops ( site specific), GYM discounts, Cask Back card, Boostworks discount to different shops/websites/holiday websites and many more. Cycle to work scheme and lots more. Some of them are site specific or depending on what role you are in but most of them are accessible to all employees. We have lots of different engagement on site monthly, amazing participation from employees as we all like to have fun for a little bit. SO MANY options for development within the Company! This could be either on the same site or across different sites and countries.

Cons

The salary is slightly lower than other businesses in the area, however, I believe in the pros mentioned benefits compensate for this.
