      They have running water and electricity most of the time.

      Cons

      Safety is not a high priority. Metrics seem to be all that matter, with employee health and safety, customer satisfaction and team engagement all well behind as priorities.

      Bosses have favorites allowing for many to get away with doing nothing. Honestly annoying and not fair to those who work hard everyday.
