No raises in the past 5 years. Does not promote unless in a certain area of work. Would rather fire you than let you know what happen.

Site is out of start-up mode and making improvements.

Cons

Company isn't anything to write home about. Revolving door for leadership as there's nothing special about the company. They do nothing for leaders below Director level (i.e. profit sharing).
