      Easy hire, they don't care about you

      Pros

      No interview back and forths , you have a poor excuse of training and health and safety drills and then you are in. 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts

      Cons

      They don't care about you at all Pay gets muddled up

      There are always hurdles in every fast-paced operation, but i'm pleased to see that GXO embrace challenge and opportunities for sustained improvement.
