Pros

Just coming to the end of my 11th week with GXO Bradford and from my initial contact prestart date until today it's been a fantastic experience. 1. Great communications around start and induction process. 2. Given the time to learn about the GXO world along with the customer, such supportive leadership team. 3. All colleagues, across every level very welcoming and supportive. Sharing of knowledge & experiences has been second to none. 4. Teams face into opportunities together. 5. Training, both classroom and on-line very professional and relative to role. 6. A fun place to work too. Got to have a bit of fun.............
