Cons

IT is an afterthought and often blamed for issues outside its control Upper mgmt is very old school and does not communicate vision or goals Does not celebrate success but a failure gets you yelled at by sr. mgmt No work life balance

Close to home which is good.

Cons

They make you take an on call phone home for no compensation which is illegal. If you speak up there are infrences of retaliation. An employment lawyer needs to see this.
