Cons

- Don’t expect too much growth, there is no open communication or truly constructive feedback to help you out. - A lot of layers for any decission.

A good work-life balance Lots of benefits and discounts to choose from Multiple courses and programs on GXO University for career development and improvement. A good chance to grow and quickly too since the priority is always try and fill vacant positions internally. Cultural diversity and inclusion are some of the core values and there're lots of events to promote these values.

Cons

Personal relationships may come into play sometimes instead of potential when recruiting/hiring. Slow response to some internal job applications up until the position is closed.
