If you want to progress you may have to move to a different contract which is frustrating. Not much communication from Head Office

Thank you for your review, its great to hear that you are well supported in your studies and that you can see the opportunity to progress. Having so many different sites gives our employees more opportunity to progress quickly. We understand that relocation does not fit with everyone's personal circumstances however we have a large network of operations in the MK/Northampton area (including our brand new head office!) so would encourage keeping an eye on the weekly vacancy email for career progression.

Benefits day one is a good deal. A few supervisors are very good.

Cons

Low pay, some very nasty supervision and nasty employees.

Best Career Path Ever

Pros

-Excellent compensation -Very fast career growth/ upward mobility/ opportunities -Great exposure to many industries (GXO works with all sorts of customers B2B) -Teamwork culture, very inclusive -Fully remote work available for appropriate roles -Open-minded leaders who will truly listen to your ideas to improve the company

Cons

-Medical benefits are not great -Performance-focused culture, if you can't perform and stand out, you won't last. They don't play games with underachievers or laziness. As long as you are a hard worker and take pride in what you do, you will do great! -Still struggling with the awful system infrastructure that XPO left them with. Data is limited and difficult to access. Weak and limited integrations between systems. BUT they are really working on fixing this, it will just be a long road and you have to be patient as an employee - you won't be able to get the info you need easily.
