Role itself solid, but management changes to much

Benefits such as free gym at the location (but no-one ever really used it) Discount from nestle products (but isnt easy to activate)

Cons

Shift patterns not settling, being early morning to afternoon one week, then afternoon to evening the next. Rather be given one and settle it on. Don't get me wrong have work shift patterns well worse, but i know many majority of the staff would've preffered a set shift pattern.

Can’t comment due to not starting yet. However, first impressions are great Melanie, Paul and Olivia who I’ve met seem friendly and professional. I am looking forward to starting my new role with GXO Derby.
