Pros

Everyone has been so welcoming & caring, ensuring I have everything I need to be able to carry out my duties. The support & coaching I have received has been incredible, I have not experienced this with previous employers. Management on all levels are extremely approachable & take the time to speak to everyone, showing a genuine interest in each employee, regardless of their grade or job title.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative about GXO in my 5 weeks with the company.

Once you become more experienced, you will be more likely to do leading jobs on the same money as the very first day in the company.
