Great progression and training opportunities for those who work hard and don't wish to do the bare minimum

Cons

Progression in the company can be quicker for those on better terms with FLMs rather than experienced based. In theory, if management actually saw my CV they would promote me elsewhere due to my previous experience in sales operations management

Interesting work, VERY Busy. There are lots of opportunity for someone looking to build their career in 3PL Logistics.

Cons

ZERO work life Balance. This is a fast paced organization. Type A personalities are the only ones that survive.
