The personnel are quite polite.

Cons

The workload increases by weeks and you are standing all the time. What they call "target" is annoying since you have to prioritise numbers over quality while checking for both at the end. Not paying for the half hour rest time!

Some lovely people and with sites all around the world, there is a lot of potential to grow and apply to other positions internally. Great investment in people

Cons

Quite disorganised with a lot of processes still being ironed out since the split from XPO

Good Colleagues. Lots of Overtime possible. Growth within the warehouse from pickers to loading pallets / cages into the containers using llop if you meet the deadline daily.

Cons

Demanding work schedule to fulfil incoming order in cages or pallets. Management constantly pushing to achieve a pick target of 1500 and above. One's Future will remain with the warehouse as a picker.
