Regarding the career progression, please reach out to your line manager or HR representative. We have 1000's of courses available through GXO University, all free of charge to permanent employees. We also have options for apprenticeships and graduate programmes, secondments to learn new roles etc. The opportunities are endless, you just need to ask!

Friendly people, manageable KPI's, good communication of changes, plenty of overtime at premium rate

Cons

Strange work labor management system calculated by percentage of downtime, management take along time to get to individual issues, and can be forgetful at times.
