Cons

management doesn't take anyone seriously, rules change constantly, its like highschool with grouping up and favoritism.

Pros

Steady hours get to work 3days and 3 off and then 4 days then 4 off. Schedule is hard to beat Would have a really hard time going back to a 5 days on 2 days off type of schedule. Pretty much unlimited overtime if you want it. If your expenses go up or you want to make more you can just start doing overtime instead of getting a second job.

Cons

Places barely changes very corporate environment never gives raises to individual employees. Only way to get more pay is to move to a department that pays more. Very backwards way of motivating employees for good work. Place would really benefit from dynamic raises and different ways of advancement. Only way to advance right now is to go into management roles.
