In 15 weeks at GXO I have met some amazing people, with everyone willing to introduce me to the business in a positive way. Having not had any logistics background in my career, I have been made to feel wanted and welcome with every new task I have faced, no matter what questions I may need to ask. I am already being set up for longevity with additional courses and training material available to me to support my future career prospects.

Cons

It might take some time to get your head around the jargon and terms here, but support is at hand. Its also a very fast-paced environment and very customer-focussed, so ensure you are up for the challenge.
