      Great benefits on the Portal There is always incentives for working hard like BBQ days in the summer (and winter) Employee engagement is on track with exciting events planned Chance for progression Great pay On site car park (Security overlooking) Canteen with Starbucks coffee machines, fresh sandwiches and snacks to buy Overtime is almost always available People genuinely care here

      Cons

      For me this would be travelling (especially with the price of fuel currently) Relatively up and coming warehouse so the layout of areas isn't great but I imagine this will change the next year or so. All shifts needs the same working structure

      3 months of company paid sick, medical and dental cover

      Cons

      Unclear annual reviews (based on your managers sympathy), higher management don`t really care about Grade F managers (FLM), teams of up to 90 people (place where I work), insane amount of responsibilities, no bonuses, no share scheme, no real chance to progress, tough to get holiday when you want them.
