Pros

Great wages, good work/home life balance, you are listened to and feel part of the team! Most importantly you are made to feel safe! I have been here a short while and I already have been given a lot of responsibility, full training goes along with this. the interview process was very fluid, this included a full tour of the site, and an in-depth discussion regarding my role and responsibilities. The training program (GXO university is very good and has a good variety of training to suit my needs).

Weekend working, its retail so you are informed of this when before you start.

This is honestly one of the best jobs I've ever had. Everyone here is so kind and supportive and I've never worked with such a kind group of people. Always making sure I'm okay or if I need any support.
