The pay isn’t really fair for internal employees.

Under paid Understaffed Undervalued Environmental is not a company priority and sites and leadership often don't listen to the compliance requirements which leads to continual frustration. Site travel is requested at the last second with no consideration of your schedule. It's a revolving door because there are not enough people to support the role and the many responsibilities. The company keeps expanding but never adds more staff so your job responsibilities keep growing but your pay doesn't change.
